Holding deposit

Late payment of Rent / Rent Arrears
You must pay the rent in full on the dates agreed and in the manner specified in your tenancy agreement.  If you pay the rent late the landlord can charge interest once the rent is 14 days late. You will be charged interest until the date the rent has been paid in full. 3% above Bank Base Rate
Loss of Keys/ Lock Out Fee (Out of hours)
In the event that a tenant loses their keys, is locked out of the property or if master key not available, cost of locksmith will be applied.

The cost of a new key(s)

Please note if the keys have been lost it may be necessary to replace the locks for security reasons and the tenant will be responsible for the cost involved in doing so.

For lock out’s we are not obliged to attend out of hours but if we do so there will be a charge of £15.00 per hour.
Leaving Early
Should the tenant wish to leave their contract early, they shall be liable to the landlord’s costs in re-letting the property as well as all rent due under the tenancy until the start date of the replacement tenancy. These costs will be no more than the maximum amount of rent outstanding on the tenancy. Early release is at the discretion of the landlord.

Change of Tenant
