I have used the Carrington Partnership for 7+ years and if you're looking for an agent then this company is exceptional. When we let our home it was because we were living overseas. This meant that I was not around when problems arose with the property and Carringtons were amazing. They organised every workman that was required, including an update to the property and they checked worked was done to a high standard. They responded to the needs of both the tenants and the landlord in equal measure. The staff were friendly and no request ever seemed to much to ask. In short I could get on with my life thousands of miles away with confidence that should any problems arise they would sort it out for me.
